Burlington Baptist's Church - is located at 2225 New Street (at Bridgeman), Burlington, ON. Beth rents the beautiful, spacious Dingle Hall (the original church) to offer class to the general public which run as 6-8 week sessions. The next session runs from January 23 - March 19, 2012 (with a Heart Opening Restorative Class on Feb 13 and no class on Monday, February 20 for Family Day). This 8 week session can be purchased for $100. Other options include a 5 class pass of $68 that must be used within the session or a one-time drop-in fee of $15 per class. Be Yoga & Wellness - Burlington - is located on the northeast corner of Walker's Line and Fairview Street. Be Yoga is open to the general public and offers a variety of yoga classes (both in a hot room and a non-hot room). You can buy class passes or drop-in. Kula Yoga - Oakville - is located at 2640 Bristol Circle, Suite 300. Kula is open to the general public and offers a variety of yoga classes (both in a hot room and a non-hot room). You can buy class passes or drop-in. Clck here for more information about Kula Oakville.

Gentle Yoga - Students will work though simple stretches, breathing exercises, restorative poses, as well as gentle movements designed to increase the range of motion in major joints and the spine using blocks, chairs, the wall and floor. An ideal class for any level of student whether they are experiencing chronic symptoms such as muscle or joint pain, stiffness or weakness, or all out fatigue or chronic illness. Recommended for anyone recovering from an injury, surgery or cancer treatment and is looking to gently restart his or her physical activities. It’s an added bonus for anyone seeking relief from stress or anxiety.

Thai Yoga Massage - is a wonderful practice that combines Shiatsu techniques with joint movement and helps to open up the body to receive a better flow of energy. A dynamic bodywork therapy based on yoga. In this unique healing system of Thai Yoga Massage, Beth will guide you through a series of yoga postures while palming and thumbing along the body’s energy lines and pressures points. Together these actions result in a comprehensive full body treatment that relieves muscular tension, improves circulation, boosts the immune system and balances the body energetically. Thai Yoga Massage is performed on a mat on the floor; both client and practitioner are dressed in comfortable clothing allowing ease of movement and flexibility. Beth finishes every session with a relaxation with Essential oils. It's a little bit of heaven:-) 

Hatha Yoga Level 2- Classes draw from the various lineages of Hatha yoga, with a strong influence from the teachings of Anusara Yoga. These classes emphasize alignment, and weave postures with poetic reflections and teachings. Hatha classes cultivate strength, balance, flexibility and attuned awareness.  

Meaford Yoga - Beth is teaching some Sundays either in her Meaford home or outside in the beautiful surroundings. Email to reserve a spot. Space is limited.

Private - Beth is also available for one-on-one and private group sessions of yoga, Yoga Therapy, Restorative Yoga and Thai Yoga Massage. To inquire please email Beth at

Private Mini Retreats - Beth can host 6-8 people in a weekend of yoga, hiking (or seasonal outdoor activity) and delicious vegetarian food at Spirit Ridge in the lovely Meaford Ontario. Enjoy fresh air, 12 acres of woods, beautiful cascading waterfall, hot tub and outdoor campfire. The retreat can be designed to meet the needs of the group. To inquire please email Beth at
